Add the remaining ingredients, and stir until the dry ingredients are moistened. Coat an 8x4inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Spread the mixture evenly bake at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf come out clean. Remove the bread from the oven and let sit for 10 minutes.
