Cranberry-Peach Cobbler , Ingredients
21 oz Can,
Peach
Pie Filling
1/4 ts
Ground Nutmeg
16 oz Can, Whole-berry
Cranberry
1/2 c Butter or
Margarine
Sauce
1/2 c Chopped
Pecan
s
1 pk Yellow Cake Mix (no Pudding)
Vanilla
Ice Cream (Optional)
1/2 ts Ground
Cinnamon
Instructions for Cranberry-Peach Cobbler ,
Combine pie filling and cranberry sauce; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13"x 9" x 2" baking dish. Set aside. Combine cake mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg; cut in butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. Stir in pecans. Sprinkle crumb mixture over fruit mixture.
