"Guardian Angel" Torte Ingredients

1 pk Chocolate pudding mix	1 Angel food cake;, (9 or
1 c Milk	1 c Heavy cream
1/2 c Sour cream	Shaved chocolate

Instructions for "Guardian Angel" Torte

Combine pudding mix and milk; cok until mixture boils. Cool slightly; stir in sour cream. Chill thoroughly. Split cake in 2 or 3 layers. Spread chocolate mixture between layers. Cover top and sides of cake with whipped cream, sweetened with condectioners sugar. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serves 10.
