Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tb Butter; (55 g.)
  • 650 g Cooked and diced chicken;
  • 1 1/4 c Corn; cooked (250 g.)
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 2 pk Corn soup mix; (prepare the
  • ; with 2 cups (480
  • ; ml.) milk)
  • Salt and black pepper to
  • 4 Pattie shells;

Preparation

HEAT two tbsp. butter and saute the chicken well. Add the cooked corn and saute for two more minutes. Add the mushrooms and saute for a minute. Add the sauce, salt, pepper and the remaining butter. Keep stirring for about five minutes or till thick. To serve, put a little hot corn-mushroom mixture in the pattie shells and serve hot. Converted by MC_Buster.
