Classic Chicken Salad Ingredients

3 c Shredded chicken 1 c Mayonnaise
1/4 c Cashews 1 ts Paprika
1/4 c Pecans 2 ts Curry powder
1/4 c Sliced celery 1 ts Lime juice
1/4 c Sliced green onion Cayenne
1 Tart green apple Garlic salt
2 tb Golden raisins 2 sm Cantaloupes
3 tb Chutney

Instructions for Classic Chicken Salad

In large bowl combine chicken, cashews, pecans, celery, green onion, apple & raisins. Blend together chutney, mayo, paprika, curry powder & lime juice. Mix together with chicken mixture. Season to taste with cayenne & garlic salt. Chill. Flute & seed cantaloupes. Fill bowls with chicken salad. Sprinkle with more paprika for garnish. Approximately 8-12 minutes.
