Chop-Chop Pork Chops Ingredients

4 Boneless pork loin chops Garlic salt
2 Vidalia onions Salt and freshly ground
1 Tart red apple Worcestershire sauce
1 ts Dried thyme Vegetable oil

Instructions for Chop-Chop Pork Chops

Heat oil in frying pan and brown chops. Remove from pan. Add onions and saute until tender 3 minutes. Spread onions over bottom of pan and lay chops on top. Place apple slices over all. Sprinkle on thyme, garlic salt, regular salt and freshly ground black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Reduce heat to low. Cover pan and cook for about 6 minutes. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
