Christmas Salad Ingredients

8 oz Lean bacon; chopped into	; coarse grain
; strips	; mustard
2 Garlic cloves; crushed	Lemon Dressing
1 lb Spinach	4 tb Olive oil
12 Cherry tomatoes; grilled	1 1/2 tb Lemon juice
Freshly grated nutmeg	1 Clove garlic; crushed
4 Basil leaves; chopped	Salt and pepper
Lemon dressing; flavoured

Instructions for Christmas Salad

Heat a non stick pan, add the bacon and garlic and fry until golden and crisp. Drain on a paper towel. Wash the spinach thoroughly and place in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until it begins to wilt.
