(Homemade Fresh) Chorizo Soft Tacos Ingredients

CHORIZO	3 tb Olive oil; (up to 4)
2 lg Garlic cloves; crushed	1 tb Water
1 lb Ground turkey	1 1/2 tb Cider vinegar
1 ts Crushed red pepper	2 tb Olive oil; (for pan-frying)
1 ts Cayenne; (or substitute	ACCOMPANIMENTS
1 tb Hot paprika	Soft flour tortillas; (can
1 tb Sweet paprika	Chopped lettuce
1/2 ts Ground cinnamon	Chopped tomato
1/2 ts Ground cloves	Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 ts Ground cumin	Sliced black olives
1 ts Salt	Chopped scallions
1 ts Cracked black pepper	Sour cream
1 ts Greek oregano	Salsa or taco sauce
