(Not Just Another) Pasta Salad Ingredients

4 qt Spiral or shell pasta; 1/4 c Fresh grated parmesan cheese
1 lb Roma; or medium tomatoes, MAGIC SALAD DRESSING
1/2 c Red onion; small dice 4 Cloves garlic; minced
1 1/2 c Pitted olives; Kalamata or 3/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 c Un dried tomates; 1/4 c Red wine vinegar
1 c Cauliflower; small pieces 1 1/2 tb Capers
1/2 c Broccoli; small pieces 1 tb Liquid from capers
1/2 c Roasted red peppers; 1/2" 1/4 c Lemon juice
1/2 c Capers 1/4 ts Fresh ground pepper
1 1/2 c Feta cheese; crumbled 1 ts Salt

Instructions for (Not Just Another) Pasta Salad

This is not just another pasta salad. It is REALLY good. The capers and lemon juice are a great combination. I added 2 tsp of sugar to balance the vinegar taste. Probably 1 tsp would be best. Also, to add a little more Italian spice, 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni would be fantastic.
