MMMMM------------------------MANGO SALSA----------------------------- 1 lg Mango - seeded and diced 1 Diced small red onion 1 Diced red bell pepper 1/4 c Cilantro 1 Minced garlic clove 1/4 c Orange juice 2 tb Lime juice 1 Minced jalepeno pepper Salt to taste Directions: Steak - Combine the chili powder, pepper, cumin, and salt in a small bowl. Rub the entire surface of the steak with the mixture. Drizzle the olive oil over the surface of the steak and refrigerate for 1 hour to blend flavors. To cook, grill or broil to desired doneness. Thinly slice to serve. Mango Salsa - In a large bowl, combine the mango, red onion, red bell pepper, cilantro, garlic, orange juice, lime juice, jalepeno pepper, and salt. Converted by MC_Buster.
