Chilled Tomato Soup Ingredients

3 lb Ripe tomatoes 1 Lemon; Juice of
2 c Plain yogurt Salt and black pepper
2 Garlic cloves 1/2 c Chicken broth
1 ts Celery salt Fresh minced parsley
1/2 c Grated Swiss cheese

Instructions for Chilled Tomato Soup

Puree tomatoes in processor until smooth. Add yogurt, garlic, celery salt, cheese, lemon juice, salt and pepper and chicken broth. Process until smooth and well blended. Chill until ready to serve. To serve, garnish with minced parsley. Approximately 8-10 minutes.
