Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich with Lime Mayonnaise Ingredients

2 lg Slic ciabatta bread; cut	Half a lime; juice of
; and split in half	2 ts Pest; (the jar type is
2 tb Olive oil	; better as it will
100 g Sliced skinless roast	; have been
2 tb Greek yogurt	; pasteurised)
1 tb Reduced fat mayonnaise	Salt and freshly ground

Instructions for Chicken Ciabatta Sandwich with Lime Mayonnaise

Place the ciabatta bottoms on two serving paltes, drizzle olive oil and divide the chicken equally between them. In a small bowl, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, pesto and seasoning.
