Chicken Dijonnaise Ingredients

300 g Boneless chicken fillets Salt to taste
20 g Butter 300 ml Fresh cream
20 g Chopped garlic 30 ml White wine
20 g Mustard paste

Instructions for Chicken Dijonnaise

MELT butter in a pan. Add garlic and saute the chicken fillets till half done. Add mustard and salt and smear on the chicken. Cook till done. Gradually mix in cream and wine. Simmer till the cream thickens. Garnish with braised spinach. Serve with garlic bread. Converted by MC_Buster.
