Chicken Pita Pockets Ingredients

1 tb Oil ; wedges
500 g Boneless chicken; cut into 1 pk MAGGI Spicy Italian Tomato
; strips 1 c Water
1 Garlic clove; crushed 4 lg Pita bread; cut in half and
1 ts Ground cumin ; warmed
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper Toppings: grated cheese;
1 Red pepper; cut into chunks ; avocado wedges,
1 Red onion; cut into thin ; sour cream

Instructions for Chicken Pita Pockets

Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Add the chicken and brown over a moderately high heat. Add the garlic, cumin, cayenne pepper, red pepper and onion to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Combine the sauce mix and water. Add to the pan. Bring to the boil, stirring, then simmer for 4-6 minutes or until the chicken is cooked. Stir occasionally.
