Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pizza Ingredients
1 ts
Vegetable oil
1/4 ts
Pepper
12 oz Lean
ground beef
1 ( 10 inch) prebaked pizza
3/4 c Spicy
spaghetti sauce
1/2 c Chopped green
onion
s
1 c
Corn
kernels
1 c Shredded Monterey Jack
1/2 ts
Salt
Instructions for Cheesy Sloppy Joe Pizza
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; cook beef, breaking up with back of spoon, for 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, corn, salt and pepper. Place pizza crust on perforated pizza pan or baking sheet; spread sauce over crust. Sprinkle with onions; scatter cheese over top. Bake in 400?F oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden. Makes 4 servings.
