Cheesy Tenderlean Pork Chops with Rice Ingredients

4 Tenderlean Pork Chops Salt and freshly ground
1 Dessert apple; peeled, cored Apple slices; to garnish
; grated 250 g Cooked rice; to serve (8oz)
50 g Edam cheese; grated (2oz)

Instructions for Cheesy Tenderlean Pork Chops with Rice

1. Trim the fat from the chops and place them under a preheated moderate grill for approximately 8 minutes, turning once, until browned. 2. Mix the apple, cheese and seasoning to taste. Place a spoonful of the mixture on top of each chop and return to the grill for 5 minutes, until the cheese melts. 3. Garnish with apple slices and serve with cooked rice. Converted by MC_Buster.
