1. In a bowl combine tea, garlic and allspice. In a shallow dish, arrange chicken breast and pour marinade over. Cover and marinate for at least 1 hour in the fridge. Note: marinate this chicken overnight for the best flavor. 2. Remove chicken from marinade and dry on paper towel. Season with salt and pepper. Rub with a few drops of vegetable oil, or use cooking spray. Broil in 450 oven for 4 to 5 minutes per side, turning once. 3. Pan grill in heavy skillet until golden.
