- 1/2 c Hot water; (more if needed
- 3/4 c Rice vinegar; (for a
- 1 tb Fresh ginger root; finely
- 1 ts Honey - adjust to taste
- 1 tb Sesame tahini
- 2 tb Dulse chopped
- 2 Ripe Habs finely chopped;
- 3 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c Onion; finely chopped
- 2 ts Light soy sauce
Preparation
try this out on your next salad.. Combine sugar and hot water, Add the following stirring as you go miso, rice wine vinegar, soy, onion, honey, ginger, tahini, mustard, duluse, savina mash and the diced habenero Should look like chocolate pudding before cooking - adjust to taste and heat.
