Cajun Meatloaf Ingredients

2 tb Olive oil 1 ts Dried oregano
1/2 lb Cajun sausage - casings 2 ts Cajun seasoning
1 Diced yellow onion 1/2 c Tomato sauce
1 Diced red bell pepper 1/2 c Beef broth
1 Minced red chili pepper 1/4 c Seasoned bread crumbs
2 Minced garlic cloves 2 lb Ground beef
1 ts Dried thyme

Instructions for Cajun Meatloaf

Directions: In a large saut? pan, heat the olive oil. Saut? the sausage, onion, bell pepper, chili pepper, garlic, thyme, oregano and Cajun seasoning for 15 minutes, stirring often until onion and bell pepper are soft. Transfer mixture to a large bowl and cool to room temperature. Add the tomato sauce, beef broth, bread crumbs, and ground beef. Mix until well combined. Place mixture into a standard size loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
