Candied Orange Peel Ingredients

3/4 c Water ; and cut into 1/2 -
1/2 c Granulated sugar ; inch long strips
1/2 Navel orange; zest removed 3 tb Superfine sugar
; vegetable peeler

Instructions for Candied Orange Peel

In a very small saucepan over moderate heat bring water with granulated sugar to a boil. Add zest and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
