Caramelized Pecans Ingredients

Pecan

Instructions for Caramelized Pecans
Melt butter in small skillet over medium-high heat and add sugar and nuts. Stir constantly until sugar loses grainy appearance, about 5 minutes. Pour nuts onto sheet of aluminum foil and let cool about 15 minutes. Store up to 2 days in airtight container. Yields 1/2 cup pecans. Wow, were these good! Sweet not spicy. Very quick and easy to prepare. I made 4 times the amount called for and served them at Christmas...big success. Toss them real well so all the pecans get covered.
