30-Minute Chili Ole Ingredients

1 c Onion -- chopped 1 ts Ground cumin
2 Cloves garlic -- minced 16 oz Can black beans
1 tb Vegetable oil Rinsed/drained
2 lb Ground beef 11 oz Can corn -- drained
15 oz Can tomato sauce Shredded cheese
14 1/2 oz Can stewed tomatoes Sour cream and
3/4 c A-1 Steak Sauce Chopped tomato -- for
1 tb Chili powder Garnish

Instructions for 30-Minute Chili Ole

In 6 qt. heavy pot, over medium-hight heat, saute onion and garlic in oil until tender. Add beef; cook and stir until browned. Drain; stir in tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, steak sauce, chili powder and cumin. Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in beans and corn; simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Serve hot; garnish with cheese, sour cream and tomato.
