Caraway Spiced Potatoes Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Small new potatoes; (675g) 2 ts Schwartz Ground Coriander
2 tb Cooking oil 4 ts Schwartz Caraway Seeds
1 oz Butter; (25g) Good pinch Schwartz Cayenne
1/2 ts Schwartz Ground Ginger Salt to taste
1 ts Schwartz Garlic Granules Schwartz Coriander Leaf
1 ts Schwartz Ground Cinnamon

Instructions for Caraway Spiced Potatoes

Boil the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes until cooked but still firm. Heat the oil and butter in a large frying pan. Fry the spices for 2-3 minutes. Saute the potatoes in the spice mixture for about 10 minutes until crisp. Season with salt, sprinkle with Coriander Leaf and serve hot or cold. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
