Preheat oven to 375?F. Set aside 1 tbsp brown sugar and 2 tsp. cornmeal in small bowl. Mix remaining dry ingredients. In separate bowl mix wet ingredients. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet quickly. Spoon into muffin cups, makes about 10 - 12. Sprinkle topping over each muffin before baking.
