Bulgar with Hot Pepper Sauce Ingredients

2 c Water 2 ts Hot chili paste
1 c Bulgar 1 tb Soy sauce
2 tb Olive oil 1 c Frozen peas - thawed
1 White onion - chopped 1/2 c Parsley - chopped
2 Cloves garlic - minced 1 c Shredded carrots
1 Stalk celery - chopped Lemon juice
1/2 c Red bell pepper - sliced Salt and pepper
2 tb Hoisin sauce

Instructions for Bulgar with Hot Pepper Sauce

Directions: Boil water and pour over bulgar. Set aside for 10 minutes. Heat oil in large skillet. Saut? onion, garlic, celery, and bell pepper for about 4 minutes. Add hoisin, chili paste and soy sauce. Cook for 3 minutes. Drain bulgar. Add to pan along with peas, parsley, carrots, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until heated through.
