Buttered Snow Peas Ingredients

1/4 lb Snow peas; trimmed and the 1 ts Unsalted butter
; strings discarded

Instructions for Buttered Snow Peas

In a large saucepan of boiling salted water blanch the snow peas for 1 minute, or until they are crisp-tender. Drain the snow peas well and in a bowl toss them with the butter. Serves 2. Gourmet January 1990 Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
