1 125 gram car natural yogurt	; chopped
3 Spring onions; finely	2 Cloves garlic; crushed
2 tb Fresh parsley; finely	1 ds Tabasco sauce
2 tb Fresh thyme; leaves removed	Salt and freshly ground
