Broccoli Puree Ingredients

Lemon
juice
8 oz Non-fat
cream cheese
Salt and
pepper
1/2 ts
Nutmeg
Instructions for Broccoli Puree
Directions Steam or boil broccoli florets until tender. In a food processor, combine the cooked broccoli, cream cheese and nutmeg. Puree until smooth. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve cold or hot. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
