Black And Green Olive Tapenade Ingredients

1 1/2 c Kalamata olives; pitted, 1 tb Chopped fresh oregano
1 1/2 c Picholine olivess; pitted, 2 tb Chopped garlic
4 Anchovy fillets; chopped 1 c Extra-virgin olive oil
3 Lemons; juiced and zested 1/2 c Capers; drained, rinsed
2 tb Chopped fresh thyme Freshly-ground black pepper;

Instructions for Black And Green Olive Tapenade

Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well and add pepper to your desired taste. This recipe yields 5 cups. NOTE: I cannot vouch for the ingredient proportions. I used this recipe as a guideline for -which- ingredients to include, but essentially did it to my own taste and ignored the amounts recommended. The ingredients do combine however to make quite a delicious tapenade, and with the ingredients above and a food processor, you'll be all set for your next party.
