Black Pepper Pork Chops with Molasses Butter Ingredients

2 lb Boneless pork loin 1 Lemon juice only
1/4 c Butter; (softened) Salt and coarse black pepper
1 tb Molasses

Instructions for Black Pepper Pork Chops with Molasses Butter

Cut pork loin into 8 pieces (approximately 4 oz. each). Stir together butter, molasses, and lemon juice with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate. Rub chops on both sides evenly with salt and pepper. Grill chops over medium hot coals for 12-15 minutes. Top each chop with molasses butter. Serves 4 Converted by MC_Buster.
