Ingredients

Preparation

Directions: Rinse the fish thoroughly and pat dry. Sprinkle the filets with the cajun seasoning and rub onto both sides of fish. In a large saut? pan, heat the vegetable oil until very hot. Saut? the fish filets until golden brown on both sides, flipping carefully. Add the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for 2 minutes more. To assemble the sandwich, spread each bun with thousand island dressing. Shred the lettuce and place on one side of the bun. Place a slice of tomato on top and finish with the blackened fish.
