Wheat Free Pie Crust Ingredients

1 c AM Barley Flour 3 tb Cold water
1/4 c Oil; preferably cold

Instructions for Wheat Free Pie Crust

Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
