Beer Batter Ingredients

1 c Flour	1 ts Salt
1/2 c Cornstarch	1 1/2 c Chilled beer

Instructions for Beer Batter

Use this for batter-frying the veggie of your choice. Sift together the dry ingredients, then whisk in beer until smooth. Cover, and set in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Whisk again before using. (Makes about 2 cups.) Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by Recipes on Sep 20, 1999
