Belgian Waffles Ingredients

2 1/2 c Buckwheat flour 2 ts Sugar
1/2 c All purpose flour 3 Eggs
1 1/2 tb Baking powder 3 c Buttermilk
1 ts Baking soda 1/2 c Melted butter
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Belgian Waffles

Mix all dry ingredients together. Beat eggs into buttermilk. Whisk into dry mixture. Mix in melted butter last. I like to use a nonstick Belgian waffle maker. Take a 1-ounce ladle full of the mix and place in the center of the waffle maker. Follow regular instructions for your particular waffle maker. Converted by MC_Buster.
