Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Championship Red Sauce Knock-Off Ingredients

1/2 c Water 1/2 ts Soy sauce
1/4 c Corn syrup 2 ts Heinz 57
4 tb Tomato paste 1 1/2 ts A-1
2 tb Distilled vinegar 1/2 ts Liquid smoke
2 tb Brown sugar 1 ts Beef base flavoring
1 tb Molasses 1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/4 ts Salt 1/4 ts Lemon juice concentrate
1 ts Worcestershire sauce 1/4 ts White pepper
1 tb (heaping) onion; finely

Instructions for Big Bob Gibson Bar-B-Q Championship Red Sauce Knock-Off

Bring to slow boil and reduce heat. Simmer till thickened. This only makes about 1/2 cup. Enough for a rack of ribs or so, Im not sure how it will scale, I didnt try it.
