Directions: Rinse and pat dry the ribs. Rub the garlic, salt and pepper onto the ribs and let stand for 30 minutes. To make the sauce, in a saucepan, brown the bacon and onions together over medium heat. Add the pepper flakes and saut? for 1 minute. Add the vinegar, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce, orange juice and tomato sauce. Bring mixture to a boil, reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes, stirring often. Coat the ribs with the sauce and place in a shallow roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For a smoky flavor, finish ribs on the barbecue by grilling them just 2-3 minutes, per side, before serving. Converted by MC_Buster. Converted by MM_Buster v2.0l.
