Ingredients


Preparation

MMMMM---------------------------SAUCE-------------------------------- 200 ml Mayonnaise 4 tb Chopped Watercress 1 tb Chopped Capers 1 tb Chopped Gherkins 1/2 Lemon; (juice) Salt and Pepper 1. Mix together all the marinade ingredients together. Place the fish in a shallow dish. Pour over the marinade and leave for 3 hours. 2. Meanwhile blend the mayonnaise with the other ingredients and leave the flavours to develop. 3. Remove fish from marinade and cook on barbecue about 4 minutes each side. 4.
