Barley Soup for Crock Pot Ingredients

1 lb Stew beef; cut in 1/2" cubes	1 Bay leaf
1 md Onion; chopped	1 ts Salt
2 Celery; chopped	Pepper to taste
2 Carrots; diced	6 c Beef stock
3/4 c Barley
