Baked Mushrooms with Gammon And Pineapple Ingredients
1 175 gram thi cut gammon
1 Clove
garlic
; crushed

rings; cubed
Salt
and freshly ground

mushroom
s; stalks

mushroom

1 tb Freshly chopped
parsley
6 lg Flat
mushroom
s; stalks
25 g
Butter
; melted (1oz)
Instructions for Baked Mushrooms with Gammon And Pineapple
Dice the gammon and mix with the pineapple, parsley, half the butter, garlic and seasoning to taste. Spoon the mixture into the mushrooms and place on a lightly greased baking tray. Brush the outside of the mushrooms with remaining butter and place in a preheated oven 190?/375?F/Gas Mark 5 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately with warm crusty bread. Converted by MC_Buster.
