Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies Ingredients

125 g Butter or margarine; (4oz)	175 g Self-raising flour; (6oz)
50 g Caster sugar; (2oz)	2 Bananas; peeled and mashed
1 Egg; size 3	1 4 1/8 ounces milk chocolate

Instructions for Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

Cream together the butter or margarine and sugar. Beat in the egg then fold in the flour, bananas and chocolate drops. Place heaped teaspoons of the mixture on a greased baking tray and flatten slightly. Place in a preheated oven 180 C, 350 F, Gas Mark 4 for 20 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack and allow to cool.
