Suggest a better descriptionMMMMM----------------------CHOCOLATE SAUCE--------------------------- 100 g Plain chocolate; (4oz) 100 ml Double cream; (3 1/2fl oz) 25 g Unsalted butter; (1oz) Preheat cooking oil to 180?C Make the beer batter by mixing together the flour, cocoa powder and beer. Once you have a smooth consistnecy cut the bananas into large finger size chunks and submerge into the batter. Carefully drop the battered bananas into the oil and fry for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile while the bananas are cooking to make the chocolate sauce simply break the chocolate into pieces and mix with the crema and butter in a microwave container. Place on high for 2-3 minutes and stir. Serve in a suitable bowl ready for the bananas to be dipped into. Once the bananas are golden brown and floating in the cooking oil, simply remove. Drain and then roll in the caster sugar. Serve immediately with the warm chocolate sauce.
