2 Firm bananas	1 tb Cocoa powder
200 g Self-raising flour; (7oz)	A tray of caster sugar
200 ml Fizzy lager; (1/3 pint)

MMMMM----------------------CHOCOLATE SAUCE--------------------------- 100 g Plain chocolate; (4oz) 100 ml Double cream; (3 1/2fl oz) 25 g Unsalted butter; (1oz) Preheat cooking oil to 180?C Make the beer batter by mixing together the flour, cocoa powder and beer.
