Apple Tea Aperitif Ingredients

570 ml Boiling water; (1 pint) Sugar or honey to taste
4 ts Keemun tea leaves Red skinned apple slices to
570 ml Sparkling apple juice; (1 Mint leaves to garnish
2 Lemons; juice of

Instructions for Apple Tea Aperitif

Infuse the tea leaves in boiling water for 5 minutes. Strain into a jug and add the apple juice, lemon juice and sugar or honey to taste. Chill. Serve over plenty of crushed ice or ice cubes and garnish with apple slices with the red skin left on, and a couple of mint leaves. Converted by MC_Buster.
