"Hamburger" Stroganoff Ingredients
1 md
Onion
chopped fine
1 1/2 c Vegetable
broth
Balsamic vinegar
; (for
2 tb
Flour
; (approximately)
2 Cloves
garlic
; crushed or
1 pk Yves brand v
egg
ie ground
Salt
to taste
500 ml Fatfree
sour cream
; (this is
Cajun spice to taste
Instructions for "Hamburger" Stroganoff
Saute onions in vinegar until tender. Add garlic. Add 1 cup veggie broth and seasonings. Mix remaining broth and flour and add to skillet to thicken sauce. Add veggie ground round. Heat thoroughly and then add sour cream and heat thoroughly again. Serve over noodles. Note: Im not trying to push Yves brand. That happens to be the only type of veggie meat I can get here.
