15 Minute Soup (4 Points) Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Extra lean ground beef 2 c Frozen mixed vegetables
2 cn Minestrone soup Salt and pepper; to taste
2 cn Tomatoes with green chilis Garlic powder; to taste
2 c Pinto beans

Instructions for 15 Minute Soup (4 Points)

Brown beef with salt, pepper and garlic. Drain on paper towel and add back to dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes. Good served with cornbread. 4 Points NOTES : Variation #2: Dont add the ground beef - makes a delicious veggie soup for 1 point per serving!
