A Low Fat Frosting Ingredients

1/2 c Cocoa	2 c Milk
4 tb Corn Starch	1 tb Butter
1 c Sugar	2 ts Vanilla
1/4 ts Salt

Instructions for A Low Fat Frosting

Mix together cocoa, corn starch, sugar and salt. Add milk slowly and stir. Cook until thick (stovetop) stirring continuously. Add butter and vanilla. Cool, then spread Low fat or non-fat milk may be used, making this a very low-fat cake frosting.
