A Platter of Seasonal Fresh Fruit Ingredients

1 Whole mango ; into wheels (any
3 Fresh figs ; other fresh,
1 ct Fresh raspberries ; attractive fruit)
Green grapes; on the stem Minced fresh mint or fresh
1 Whole oranges; peeled and ; garnish
(1 to 2)

Instructions for A Platter of Seasonal Fresh Fruit

Make a "porcupine" of mango. Cut remaining fruit in slices or pieces as needed; not bite-size, but large distinct pieces. Halve or quarter fresh figs. Leave raspberries whole, and grapes on the stem.
