Pickled Mushrooms Ingredients

1 lb Fresh mushrooms 1 Clove garlic, minced
1/2 c Vinegar 1 tb Chives or scallions
1/2 c Oil 1 Bay leaf
1 ts Salt

Instructions for Pickled Mushrooms

1. Wash mushrooms and cut off stems. Make a marinade out of the remaining ingredients. Cover mushrooms with this and marinade for at least 4 hours (or overnite.)
