Pineapple Bread Pudding Ingredients

2/3 c Milk 2 ts Vanilla
6 Eggs 2 ts Cinnamon
2 c Sugar 1 cn (20 oz) crushed pineapple w/
1 c Butter 10 sl White bread torn up

Instructions for Pineapple Bread Pudding

Blend eggs, sugar butter and vanilla. Add milk and remaining ingredients and pour onto a glass 13x9 pan. (glass works better, I dont know why) Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can eat warm or cold. Posted to FOODWINE Digest 05 Feb 97 by Patricia Timpanaro on Feb 5, 1997.
