Pineapple Dessert Ingredients
2 c
Sugar
3
Eggs
1 cn Crushed
pineapple
; drained
Graham Cracker
s
1 c
Butter
Whipped
cream
1/2 c Nutmeats
Bottled
Cherries
Instructions for Pineapple Dessert
Cream together the sugar and butter. Add the eggs one at a time and beat untill fluffy. Fold in the drained pineapple and the nutmeats (walnuts pecans etc -- your choice). Line an 8 x 8 cake pan with graham cracker crumbs, then add alternate layers of mixture and crumbs. Refrigerate. Serve with whipped cream and cherries on individual pieces.
