Pineapple Pork Chops Ingredients
4
Loin
chops; cut 3/4" thick
2 tb Wine
vinegar
Salt &
pepper
; to taste
1 tb
Soy sauce
1 c
Pineapple
chunks;
1/2 ts Powdered
ginger
3/4 c
Pineapple
Syrup; (Reserved)
2 Green
onion
s; sliced
1/4 c
Honey
1 Green
Pepper
; cut in thin
Instructions for Pineapple Pork Chops
Trim excess fat from chops; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet Arrange chops in bottom of crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients except green onions and pepper strips; pour over chops. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Halfway through cooking add green onions and peppers. Thicken juices with 1 ml cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup water, if desired. Posted to recipelu-digest Volume 01 Number 332 by James and Susan Kirkland
